Despoina teaches on Thursdays, and from 12 January Loraine teaches on Sundays (at least until Eeke returns from India).

Backbends keep your brain active, your spine flexible and your heart healthy. In this masterclass you can delve deeply into the world of backbends and explore their transformative power. We think this can be an excellent start to the new year, so sign up quickly for this masterclass. This can also be an excellent chance to meet Nadège – she has been subbing for Hiske when she was recovering, and we’re happy that she will start teaching a regular class from January onwards, on Tuesdays at 17.30.

Do you know Nakrasana? It means crocodile pose. And it involves a bit of jumping around. Tally is already working on ways to help you leap into the light of spring! In the last weekend of february, she will come to Utrecht to guide you into the joy of ‘ jumping asanas’.

Tally’s playful approach will help you discover dynamic series of poses with curiosity and lightness. But don’t worry, there will be plenty of time for rest, too.
