By using the principles of alignment and precision that characterize Iyengar yoga, you will learn how to safely and effectively open your chest, hips and spine, creating energy and developing both strength and flexibility.

What can you expect?
In this class, Nadège will help you embrace backbends with joy. Through a combination of intelligent sequencing and good technique, you will build the confidence to be more fully yourself, both on and off the mat. The goal is for you to leave this masterclass feeling energized, uplifted and powerful, with tools to bring more vitality and clarity into your daily life.
Nadège Chaumont has been teaching classes in the curriculum for various programs at the Academy of Theater and Dance and at yoga studio YogaToday in Weesp for more than 15 years with great passion and pleasure.
In February 2024 she spent a month Pune to study at RIMYI – the ‘mother-institute’ of Iyengar yoga.
