1 Basics

For beginner students or those new to Iyengar Yoga. Start from the base: build strength and stamina in standing poses, Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and other fundamental postures.

2 6 months experience

For students who have experience with Level 1 poses, including Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand). Refine the basics and learn Sirsasana (headstand), handstand, backbends, and start with pranayama (breathing techniques).

3 1 year experience

For students who practice yoga for one year or more, can do standing poses, Sirsasana (headstand) and Urdhva Dhanurasana with confidence. Intensify the basics and learn more challenging poses.

4 Restorative

Keeping your calm is not easy! Relax & renew in supported poses during restorative classes. This calms down your nervous system and prepares you for Pranayama. Awareness of the breath. You study your breath and it's influence on your mind and body.

We offer different class levels. All classes are taught by certified Iyengar yoga teachers. We are flexible: you can come to any class you like. We encourage you to sign up online if you want to reserve a spot, but it’s not obligatory. The class cards and subscriptions are valid for all group classes except courses like the Beginners Courses, the Special Needs and Pregnancy Classes and workshops.
