We are ready to go: studying for a month at the Iyengar institute in Pune, India. And we will leave you with great replacements for all our classes. Here they are, the people you will see this month. You can see who teaches when in the up-to-date schedule. And us? We’re back in March! But we’ll keep you updated via Facebook and this spot…
First of all: the familiar people. Of course you all know Tally – a familiar face at iYoga. She will teach several classes and be around to help with administration issues and pick up the studio phone… and do the most important job: look after Toby! And you can come for self-practice with her on Thursday mornings at 7.
Kerry is also a regular teacher and of course he teaches his Thursday evening class (at 19.00 now! Check it out!). This month we are happy that he will take good care of all of the ‘special needs’ remedial classes.
Daniela will be teaching the pregnancy classes, but you can also enjoy her teaching in the Friday evening classes. She will give you balance between a good challenge and the rest you need to recover.
And then, from top to bottom in the right column, the new faces you will see this February.
With Anna‘s background as a professional dancer and experience in many more movement techniques, we are sure she can give you some fresh perspective!
After sailing the world, Nancy started looking for some of that oceanic peace while on land, and found it in yoga. Curious? Check her out on Saturdays!
Tanya started practicing yoga in Russia. On Monday evenings she will help you to understand your bodies to build strength and mobility.
Jon is expecting to graduate this year. For her, Iyengar yoga is it. It is limitlessly fascinating to her. Also, she likes to bring a laugh or two in her class. See her on Wednesday mornings from 9.30!
Yoga brought Paula from Portugal to Amsterdam. She loves to share what made her life brighter! You will see her in several classes as well as in the Special Needs classes on Tuesdays.
And last but not least, we are super grateful to our last-minute subs Sally and Annabel, who filled the last gaps in the schedule!
