It’s hard to believe, but the roadworks on the ASW (for those of you who aren’t from Utrecht: that’s the abbreviation for our famous Amsterdamsestraatweg) are almost finished. This week, the bike path will get one last layer of fresh red asphalt, and then… it’s done! No more detours, no more sand, builders toilets or noisy machinery, just a street as as street should be. The ASW is “great again”. All we’re wishing for is a tree and a little greenery in front of our door. With our new gate and our green garden, we hope to contribute a little bit to the neighborhood.

Inside the studio, we’re also busy making a fresh start Summer cleaning is in full swing: blankets and bolster covers are being washed, mats are getting a good scrubbing, the plants are getting a shower, and even the smallest corners are being cleaned. Everything is ready for a new school year full of yoga.

And that year promises many wonderful things: beginner course beginners’ course on Thursday evenings to a new edition of our In-depth Course with a focus on pranayama. We also have some special workshops planned: we’re starting the school year with a weekend with Tally. Garth McLean Garth McLean will return in October, and Billy Konrad and Tobias Lotan Billy Konrad and Tobias Lotan will be giving a workshop on yoga and osteopathy in November.
And a note for your new calendar: Uday Bhosale Uday Bhosale will be teaching in Utrecht next year.

In short: new street, new school year – and a clean, fresh yoga studio to start the year together.
