About Uday Bhosale
“My love for Iyengar Yoga started in the late 90’s and I started training and learning in 2002 in Pune, India with Guruji (B.K.S. Iyengar, the founder of Iyengar Yoga), his daughter Geetaji and his son Prashantji. I have over 20 years of experience teaching Iyengar Yoga, including 15 years at the world-renowned Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI). During this time, I have taught thousands of students around the world in the form of large face-to-face events, workshops with small groups, children’s courses, one-on-one lessons and regular online courses. I teach students of all ages (from 7 to 92) and abilities, from beginners to experienced teachers.”

What you can expect in this workshop
“I’m keen to make Iyengar Yoga accessible to all. Whether you want to deepen and enhance your practice, learn something new, understand your body better or improve your health and well-being I will work with you to help you achieve that.”
Compassion, clarity and a spark of humor
Udays classes are interactive and engaging. Dynamic and infused with joy. And rooted in the art, science, and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga. No matter your experience or ability, you’ll find structure and adaptability in his approach. Classes will be tailored to suit the participants and the circumstances.
It is rare to find a teacher who combines depth and clarity with lightness, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels seen, supported, and challenged.
