If you’ve been taking yoga classes for a while, you’ve probably experienced the positive effects. You may notice that you worry less, sleep better, or that your back or knee pain has decreased. You may feel more energetic, flexible, aware, or more balanced. The weekly yoga classes provide support and structure, and afterwards you often feel relaxed and renewed. But what if you want to practice outside of the classes?

Got a question? Practice is always the answer…

But in this workshop, you will be given tools to get started yourself. How do you start your own yoga practice? What poses will you do when you step onto the mat at home? And in what order? How long do you stay in a pose? How do you create a sequence that suits your needs? These kinds of questions can prevent you from even stepping onto the mat.

But in this workshop, you will be given tools to get started yourself.

A strange idea really, to offer a workshop as a yoga school which could make you redundant… but we really believe that you can massively benefit from your own practice. And that you will still want to follow classes for new insights and inspiration.
